Katarina Saunders, Kat to the world, international rock star. Lead singer for The Grinders. Until she has an accident that ruins her career and sends her running into the mountains, away from everything and everyone.
Dane Reynolds, President of the Savage Angels MC. Fierce, strong and loyal. He's had his eye on Kat for a while now and had been waiting for her to come to him but he's had enough of waiting. He's decided it's time to make her his. But so has her Stalker, he's been waiting for far too long.......
Can Dane save Kat? Or will her Savage Stalker get to her first?
Kat Saunders, lead singer of The Grinders, completely ruined her career by making some unhealthy choices one fateful night. My heart went out to her. In a heartbeat, her life was changed forever and she was absolutely devasted. The story skips ahead quite a bit at that point. You gets bits and pieces of what she had been doing, mainly hiding from life, during that time throughout the story. For being such a tough woman/wild child I really didn't expect that from her. It just seemed completely opposite of what she would have done.
Dane is Kat's neighbor and president of the Savage Angels MC club. Although he's an alpha, he's not as over-bearing as some alpha's. I liked that about him. He took control of situations yet was kind and gentle when needed. I don't think Dane's character would have been any different if he was in an MC club or not.
Overall, I really enjoyed the story. There is a little violence in it tied to the mystery stalker, but it wasn't too bad. I enjoyed this story enough that I am looking forward to the next one in the series.
